Hey I was wondering if anyone knows how to use the console on the PC to complete an active quest. The caqs code makes ALL the quests complete but I only want to get the quest that involve buying houses complete.

Instead of caq you want to use the "setstage " command. You will need to look up the questID and stage# from the wiki article concerning the specific quest you need to advance/complete. In the case of buying houses, you'll need the questID for each house/city and the stage for completion (200 is a commonly used number, but look it up to make sure. Using the wrong stage number can mess things up and you CANNOT go back to an earlier stage number with the console. The only solution if things go wonky is to reload from before you tried fixing it.)
