Thinking while playing this game the NCR are the communist. The posters show a women in the army with red armor and a star. This is signs of communism with the red army, star which repserents the 5 people of society, and equal rights for all humans. Ceasar Legion's are the fascist. They believe in the ruling of the elite that is why they have slaves. They can profit from the slaves by making them the lower class while the Ceasars are the ruling elite. Anyway does anybody think this is true or not. Go NCR!!!!!

I can understand the comparison between the Legion and Mussolini's Fascists, but I can't really see the similarities between communism and the NCR; the Republic want to rebuild democracy and bring backpre-war values, which I believe were capitalist.
