Anyone found a way to silence companions? Looked at the settings, the .ini, and available mods. No dice.

They're nice to have around, but having to listen to them repeat the same lines every time you fire or crouch gets old very, very quickly.

Keep an eye out in the mods forum here for a mod I'll release within the next few days. The sneak comments (at least) will be changed to happen once a lifetime, and a few other things will work better. It'll be named FoNVPhalanx.

Turn voices all the way down?

You, sir, are awesome. I've shot my own companions numerous times out of sheer frustration, so they'll probably appreciate your efforts as well.

As for turning the voice volume down, I'd like to speak to others. It's the insanely repetitive speech and noises driving me nuts.

I wish they would shut up. I've heard "Don't worry about me sweatie, your grandma knows how to stay quiet." over 400 times now. She says it just randomly too while i'm crouched, its not just when i enter into sneak mode.
