» Sat Apr 09, 2011 5:30 pm I was nearly complete with vault 22, explored all levels that i could prior to needing the elevator. Well after repairing the elevator and going down to the 5th floor who is there waiting for me??? ED-E and Boone...what the hell!? "Where did you come from?" I shouted at my tv.... what the hell is going on, both of my companions just randomly showed up in vault 22!? weird... well that is where i learned that boone can actually die ( not like in easy mode where they all stay alive ) and that human characters can be poinsoned (not ED-E) sooo that was a learning curve.
However, i cannot disband ( or send ed-e or boone away ) in order to get a new companion. How do i get a new companion? I want to get the trophy for all companions, plus i think it is time to see how other companions operate, ed-e is awesome and boone just a daredevil (even though i have him on stay back and range weapons he ALWAYS rushes the enemies) so i dunno, that is just some oddities i have noticed...
Bitter Springs is glitchy as all hell.... so i would stay away from there..plus i reinstalled the game data and deleted nearly all save files, turned off kill cam and killed the radio....now the game glitches a little less often... hopefully they do not abandon this game and they give us a proper patch to correct the freezes...i remember FO3 had a few freezes....mostly when it first came out and one of my friends would sign on or off the game would freeze.... i dunno... but if you do notice the game freezing, just stop moving your character and don't do anything until it catches up, i feel that i avoid a crapload of freezes this way....oh and stay outta the thorn... stupid crap!
