I have searched to find out how to retrieve a hireling or a companion when you have lost them or they have died and can not find the right answer.
So please someone out there help. How do I hire a new companion when my others are dead or lost. I want shadowmere back she also died {cry}

I wanna know if when the mercs die do others of their style appear? Janessa died to a dragon and I want her "style" back

I have searched everywhere and can not find a answer besides going back and reloading before the companion died and restart

I can do the dark brotherhood quest line no problem and got the mehunes dagon dagger but leading someone to there death who has defended me in battle just cannot do.
So I killed all of the Beothaihs followers and she or he appeared and asked me why I killed em all. Only response was my reason was my own.
