Im at the point where I have a miscellaneous quest called 'talk to the companions leaders for work', I've done most of them at least 5 times.... Is that it for the companions? Just repetitive quests now?

Have you finished the main storyline and become Harbinger? Then, yeah, that's pretty much it.

However there are two somewhat special quests that can be done for Farkas and/or Vilkas after you get to that point. If you still have a spare Glenmoril witch's head around and keep going back to Farkas and Vilkas, eventually they will each request that you do for them what you did for Kodlak (i.e. cure them of lycanthropy). You must have a witch's head in your inventory when you talk to them in order for the quest to be available. If you have two heads, you can eventually do the quest for both of them (but only one of them at a time).

They may also ask you to go with them to a known dragon lair because they want to see and kill a dragon for themselves. You must have completed Dragon Rising (in the MQ) in order for this quest to become available.

And also I just remembered,,, there are the three Totems of Hircine quest for Aela, altho you must still be a werewolf in order to be given those. If you've already cured yourself she won't offer them.
