So, i started having this issue yesterday, when i moved all the files from my steam folder (including skyrim) to my current computer after i reinstalled Windows due to getting a SSD.

I started up skyrim, still with all the same mods, settings, and files as i used to do, without any issue. Now, my stamina bar is moving in a weird way. Health bars on me AND my enemy are stuck on max. so i can't when when either of us dies, and i even tried downgrading from the catalyst 12.7 beta drivers to 12.6.

My hardware specs are:
Intel i7 2700k @4.3 GHz
ATI Radeon HD 6950 2 GB
Corsair Vengeance (2x4GB) DDR 3
ASRock Z77 Pro4

There shouldn't be any problem playing Ultra, and there isn't.

Below i have linked an album where the issue is shown. Again, all the files are the same, and i've even tried reinstall skyrim (deleting skyrim folder, though i backed up my mods) and verified the files through steam, yet it still remains.
So please, kind people of the Skyrim board, help me
