No compass marker for Horn of Jurgen Windcaller

I completed the Way of the Voice quest and Argneir started me on the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller quest. However, I'm not seeing a quest target on my compass. Am I doing something wrong? Is this a known bug?

Have you got it selected in the quest log?

Go into the quest log and you can select which quests you want active, when they are active they will use a compass marker.
