The planet is called Nirn, and there are other lands (Known and not known) on it.

One thing that bugs me about the game is the moons. There have always been 2 moons of Nirn and now I only ever see one in the game. How does the lore explain this one. The devs of the era got lazy, so the second moon disappeared.....lol

No, they're both there, but one of them (the smaller one) is hard to see sometimes. I think it's always black, and appears as a black disk in the sky.
