Wiki says:
If you end up having the misc quest to bring back the statue of Dibella to Lisbet, but you have already killed her during "The Taste of Death", there's no other possibility to get rid of quest and item than using console command to spawn her again. To spawn her type "player.placeatme 000133A5" in the console: she will spawn nearby and start walking back home, you can then hand in the quest.

or if you just want to get rid of the statue:

player.remveitem 0010D5c0 1
