Completely Unprofessional

I have played PC games for the majority of my life and I have dealt with some really buggy games on release but this one takes the cake by a longshot. I mean I really expected better of Bethesda and id, two companies I grew up with and have always been able to satisfy me as a customer and a gamer. Then this abortion of a game happens. I mean why, how does this even happen from the biggest names in the business? The worst part is the bugs and graphic glitches aren't the worst part either, the lack of customer support and feedback is what really gets me. From what im seeing you're just kicking back while the community tries to fix this for you and then when someone makes a breakthrough you quickly throw up in your news update as if you made some huge accomplishment to help us. I truly hope you are all embarrassed that your customers are doing your work for you because it's not only unprofessional but it's heartbreaking to see where the future of PC gaming is heading. I unfortunately will be making my first refund for a PC game in my life if I do not see patches within the week, im frustrated and tired of having to adjust every setting I have and risk damage to my computer because of this game. I honestly hope someone from your staff reads this.
