[REQ] Confederate hat

In the Point-Lookout add-on for Fallout 3, you could find this http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Confederate_hat. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone could import it into New Vegas. I'm making a character that's inspired by General Robert E. Lee, and would love for him to have a consistent Confederate look rather than being stuck with the red NCR beret or a cowboy hat. The basic "+1 perception" bonus should be sufficient for it, and it should be repairable using some of the basic pre-existing hats. Perhaps it could be placed in one of Doc Mitchell's containers?

I'm not sure how difficult it is to import something like this, and hope I'm not asking for too much. In any case, thank you for your time.

You cannot take assets from Fallout 3 or its expansions (there is a way around this by not inlcuding the meshes and such, but having the items reference their default location in the Fallout 3 installation). But I was looking through the GECK, and the Conferate hat is actually in New Vegas as a cut out item. I'm not sure if it's implemented correct (it may clip the models, or something. Then again maybe not, I never checked), but it's definitely there. This would be incredibly simple to implement (either by yourself, or anyone willing to do it).

EDIT: Actually I'm fooling around with this. If someone else has it done, feel free to say something, otherwise I'll try and have this up sometime soon.
EDIT2: Find it http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37392. Let me know how it works.

Since it's in the game as an item already, I could do this pretty easily.

Edit: It's in one of the boxes near the Vit-o-matic in Doc Mitchell's house. http://www.sendspace.com/file/u69ore

A big thanks to both of you for your help. Uberbanna, your mod worked perfectly. xXGryphonXx, adding the Confederate clothing was a great touch, but unfortunately the hat is acting strangely. Instead on putting it on his head, my character http://img293.imageshack.us/img293/9053/screenshot9ai.jpg (though his hair is changed to "hat mode"). Also, the PipBoy doesn't show its image, and says "PipOS Error 26, File Not Found."

In any case, I'm taking Uberbanna's hat and xXGryphonXx's clothes. Thanks again. :)
