[3ds MaxBlender] Conforming clothingprops to a different mes

Is there an easy way to make a mesh conform to another mesh?

Like for example if I have a set of clothes that were made for one body, but the body the clothes were originally made for, is much larger/smaller than the one I want to conform it to,
is there any way to quickly conform it to the other body shape without having to do it all by pulling and pushing by hand?

I have 3ds max 2012 and blender, and I can try it in either program if there is a quick method...

soft selection + push pull verts manually. there are other ways but nothing will achieve a better result than doing by hand. it should only take a few minutes to change the body shape using the soft select.
