I need help in the following:

1. Somehow, most of the people in a town tells me "That spell looks dangerous, keep your distance" eventhough I haven't summoned any nor raised dead thralls that goes with me. I don't know what happened. I already resummoned and then kill the summons but it's still the same.

2. I got the quest from Lod in Falkreath to find his dog but it seems that the dog is nowhere to be found outside Falkreath. I went to the place with the marker but no dog approached me.

It's just bugging me. Can someone share their 2 cents. I'd gladly appreciate it. Thanks!
