Consistent Crash

Post » Sat May 28, 2011 1:02 am

The game crashes with the exception code of 0xc0000005 everytime, or nearly everytime, I try to repair armor or equip armor. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, new and older, memtesting RAM, validating cache, and cleaning my registry. I did not have this issue at the beginning of the game but now that I have gotten to Primm it has started happening damn near everytime I try to do anything with the armor. It does not happen with weapons to my knowledge, it could be possible that it just happens much less to weapons. The only thing left to try is to disable DEP for FO:NV as nothing else has worked at all. If this doesn't work I hope a dev reads this and figures out what is wrong. Playing with no armor = [censored].

Edit: Still doesn't work, may just be a corrupted save. I started a new game and it seems to be doing fine. I just hope this doesn't happen again further into the game...
