Is there a console command in game that retreives the co-ordinates of the cell you are in ?

You need to divide the X and Y coordinates (Getpos) by 4096, but this might do it just as well: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=2251

Im sorry but could you type out the devision command exactly how it should appear?

Open the console, click on an ingame object, type "Getpos X" and use a real-life calculator to divide that number by 4096; repeat for "Getpos Y".
