I was wondering if their was a way to automatically fill the four effects for all ingredients via console? I already completed one character with alchemy and I don't feel like going through all the motions to get the effects.

Anyone have any knowledge of this?

What I did was create a batch file to add the three ranks of Experimenter perk to my character. That way you eat an ingredient and know all four effects of it. I don't know any other way to do it, but this works fine.
Just copy and paste this to a text file and place it in your Skyrim folder (where the .exe is). Then in game, open the console and type in bat

player.addperk 00058218
player.addperk 00105F2A
player.addperk 00105F2B
