Does using the console command for Dragon Shouts, or Stone of Barenziah remove them locations found in Skyrim?

Example, say I don't feel like finding all the Stone of Barenziah, and use the console to add tem to my inventory. Does having all of them in my inventory remove them from all the locations they are found in skyrim?
