Howdy,

I've found threads on other websites of people who encounter this too, but I have yet to find a solution. Often when playing as my Wood Elf if I equip magic and start using it this faint bell sounds continuously. It only stops when I sheath my magic. Has anyone found out why this happens? Its driving me bonkers.

I've heard a low, regular chiming when I've had a restoration spell readied.

yeah i think that's it! I'm just not sure why it chimes...
