i cant stand the constant stuttering, when moving in the wasteland , i put in fallout 3 to compare and it doesnt do it at all, its smooth all the way, i can handle some freezing now and then but this needs to be patched and i really hope it does cuz i cant enjoy it like this, on the 360 by the way, installed to the hard drive, cache cleared wich never seems to do anything. by the way

It's given a headache... several times... I thought it was just my console, but this confirms it.

Guys, i am close to finishing this game. I only signed up on here to help out with some issues.
Constant stuttering? Clear your cached memory mate...Obsidian has confirmed the game has a memory leak. Please, please, please clear your cached memory when the game starts stuttering...My loading times got shortened in half and for all the time i have played this game no game breaking glitches at all.
I play for 7 or 8 hours and then clear the cache and restart the xbox 360...Helps a lot.
The longer you play the fuller you cache will be..Clear it and restart the XBOX...

How do I clear it? Because when I enter a room, the load menu takes forever. This will take a load off my shoulders.

Edit: Just did it, restarting XBOX as I type, let's see if it works.

Go to SETTINGS-->MEMORY--->WHILE your HD is selected PRESS Y--->Press on CLEAR CACHE MEMORY--->
Then restart XBOX 360...
Make sure you have the game installed on your HD...

This help a lot...
Make sure you keep on clearing the caches every so often...
Hope this helps, as i said i am close to finishing it and no game breakers at all...

I don't have the game on my HD, but I'll install it and then see what happens cause even when I enter a door, walk about, go out the same door, I'm counting nearly 2 minutes to switch rooms.

Yeap, sounds like you have a cache problem.
Install game on HD first, clear cache, restart XBOX 360 and then play the game and let us know...This works for me on 60GB XBOX 360..To load the MOJAVE WASTELAND, after the cached has been cleared, takes 13 seconds...

i agree i posted a topic about this earlier, i got the game installed on hard drive and clear cache. yesterday after about 15 hours into the game (combined over 2 days) i started to get framerate drops and crazy long load times. i cleared my cache and the game ran pefectly smooth, no framerate drops cut load times in almost half, its not a perfect fix but a good temporary one untill we get a real one. hope this works for you guys and gals aswell and remember... war never changes

clearing the cache never does anything for me, i allready did all that before even posting, i also tried fallout 3 straight after and it runs completly smooth no stutter at all, god how i wish this would run like that, i cant understand how this works for some but not me, i still get stutter ,thats the only thing keeping me from fully enjoying this game, oh well
