Construction set Setup not working.

Whenever I click it it claims it can't locate a component called "libvorbisfile.dll" and I have no clue where this file would be. Please help.

This exact problem occured with the Fallout 3 GECK.

Solution. Install it directly to the Fallout 3 directory.
