I am having a problem regenerating HP by eating and drinking consumables. I can only get HPs plussed back up using stimpacks. I am not playing on hardcoe. Even after waiting the number of "seconds" id'd by the effect of the item, no HPs are given. Anyone with this issue? Can anyone suggest a fix?

I am having your exact problem, but I do not have any kind of work around.

Funny thing is I am still assessed the rad points when I consume. Troublesome... Makes fighting expensive when I have to buy Stimpacks all the time! Sale of consumables does not grow the caps needed for Stimpacks. Oh well...hope the patch catches this one too...
