Continuing Silence and Unanswered Questions, Please Communic

The biggest issue is NOT the DLC release. It is the 1.06 patch. PC AND 360 have had the 1.06 patch for over a month, now. In the patch notes it says it is to be released for ALL platforms. It also lists fixes that would greatly help the gameplay on the PS3 platform. Yet PS3 has niether recieved the patch nor have we heard from Developer or publisher ANY information as to why, when, or in fact any information at all, about the patch for PS3.

Exclusive rights to release DLC first on different platforms has happened before, and is not uncommon. I am not so opposed to this, since is is a common practice in the industry of gaming software, and will gladly purchase the DLC when it IS released for PS3. Some games have had PS3 exclusive 30 day release of content, then later released for other platforms. With Oblivian, there was content that was PC exclusive and still NEVER released for PS3.

A patch isn't really "game content", in my opinion. It is part of the software that I have already purchased. It is fixes/support to that software that the developer and publisher has already promised to us at the time of pruchase of the software.

I think the holding of the patch from the PS3 platform, while releasing it for PC and 360 is unjust. I also think that their silence/ non-communication to their PS3 customers is immoral and unjust bussiness practice, and should be looked at by a higher cunsumer authority.

None of this sounds like "Added Game Content" to me, except maybe "mounted combat". This sounds like the "continued software support" we were promised since 11/11/11( release of Skyrim). This is the "continued support" for the software we were promised to have by the developer and publisher, from the time of purchase of the software. The problem is that they have kept there promise to PC and 360, but not to PS3 console customers. This is the injustice I and other PS3 owners who purchased the software are becoming increaseingly upset about.
