Just use xpadder.
That's what I did and I can use my controller in game.
although it's awkward and hard to aim with it so I ended up just going to keyboard.
Yup exactly what I am doing atm and having fun again no rumble but meh,
using ps3 controller with motionjoy to simulate 360 controller
as follows:
L2 = ironsights
L1 = sprint/smart
R2 = fire
R1 = grenade
dup = equip 1
dleft = equip 2
dright = equip 3
ddown = self buff
select = objective wheel
start = score
square = reload
triangle = swap secondary weapon
circle = crouch
cross = jump
left anolog = move
right anolog = aim
left anolog click button = interact
right anolog click button = melee
seems to be working nicely thus far ^^ still getting used to it and the only thing missing is answer vote/notification and peek left/right which i don't use much of anyways
if you have the razer xbox 360 controller for pc bind those extra shoulder buttons to peek left and right i guess

Hope it helps anyone as a basic starter xpadder profile. Similar to CoD controls with a twist to add in the brink specific buttons. and well smart/run as L3 or the left anolog click button was ackward since you have to hold it down to vault over stuff.
