I really like Ebony and Dwarven armor, with that said I think it would be cool if they made it to where you could have say the stats of Daedric armor with the look of Ebony or so on. I know you can enchant them, but I would like to save that for other enchantments not just use them all to boost my armor. I think it's a cool idea, tell me what you guys think.

Apparently there's an armor cap that you can make any of the armors reach by improving them enough. But IMO Dwarven armor should be uncraftable, extremely rare and have a much stronger base armor rating than it does now. Maybe somewhere in between Daedric and Ebony, judging by the way the lore describes Dwemer craftsmenship.

You can It's called smithing. Even your basic fur armor can have the same stats as Daedric. Welcome to Skyrim where you can have any flavor of ice cream you like as long as it's vanilla.
