where can I find one of these without having to sink my rep with ncr? I really, really want it.

Kill them quickly and quietly. Then nobody will know to hurt your NCR rep.

just east of REPCONN headquarters are two dead rangers. They have fiend snipers around them on the rooftops and traps set all over in the courtyard.

If you go thru the concourse in CAMP McCarren you will find a lady NCR sitting to your left. One of those bodies is her husbands. She will ask you to bring his body back. The map marker she gives you will show where his body is. Go there massacre the fiends and use R3 to drag their bodies back to the REPCONN base. You will have two sets of armor. One for you and one for Boone. The sniper companion. It's worth paying the caps to get the armor repaired.

That's not the black ranger armor.
