Copy items from old gameplay to a new one? : V

So about 2 days ago my skyrim character got bugged and his hands doesnt work which means i cant use weapons, spells, shouts, powers, scrolls, shields etc.
I decided to make a new game but use the console commands to get to place i we're in the main one but i still want my items since i had awesome gear weps that i worked really hard for, [censored]load of potions and even more money.
So i was wondering if there is any way that i could ''copy'' the items from my main save to the new one?
