Save file for Honest Hearts DLC is corrupt. Completely lost all progress in the game. How do I go about receiving a refund for the MS points used for purchasing the DLC?

You can not get a Refund as you agreed to the Terms for one thing. Second i had the same problem very same problem in which lost all my 35s. But they are coming out with a patch to help solve a lot of the problems. Do keep in mind that you will have to remake your Char.

Sounds like you just use 1 save and/or Autosave????

TBH, ALWAYS have multiple saves and Backups and DO NOT rely on autosaves.

hell i cant save while doing HH it locks my xbox up and i have to reboot it every time....at the begining of the first quest

I have many many saves. However, I only had 1 save + autosave while playing Honest Hearts because I had only played it once for ~1 1/2 hours. And both were corrupt.

I can go back prior to any Honest Hearts game play. Its just truly pathetic how buggy this game is. And the newest DLC is even worse. Complete waste of money.

What you are saying is that you lost all the saves of other characters you had built when you went through HH?

Yeah i was just one my first guy an well all in all saves were corrupted.

Ok. The same thing happened to me also. Lost a number of saves I had for a second character I had built up. I started a new game a few days ago but at about level 20 I started to get some crazy lag and frame rate drops. I emptied the cache, removed and reinstalled the game but did not help. It became unplayable so I ditched it. Never ran into this problem before and the only thing that is different is that I did the Van Graffs quest and had Honest Heart loaded. This game and its issues.
