We officially have 17 days to wait untill fallout New Vegas is released WOOOOO!!!!!!!! :celebrate: I can't wait to go and pick up my collector's edition in 17 days! So who's with me on the impatient list and wish we could play the game NOW! Let's have a count down party!

So... what well you guys be doing in the next 17 days to pass the time while waiting for New Veags to come out??!

I'll start by saying I well be working and on my days off, and spare time, I'm going to play fallout 3 and try to discover something new. I'm also going to be playing starcraft 2 as well.

I'll be busy playing other games while I wait for New Vegas. I have a free-trial of Blockbuster online rentals up until the 17th. None of these games will compare to the greatness that is Fallout, but they'll have to do.

20 days here in England. Which means I have three days in which I have to hopelessly avoid the forums in case I find some spoilers and end up stabbing my eyes out.

When I was younger and used to be into consoles such as the genesis, then eventually the playstaion (that was the last console I've ever owned), I used to rent games at the video store and then if I liked the game I would go out and buy it. Too bad can't rent PC games... Sounds like a good idea though!


I should have thought of that on my first post I forgot a lot of Europeans are on these forums... So the official count down is this:

So my European friends what well you be doing in the next 20 days while you wait for Fallout New Vegas?

I can't stand it much longer, but with the slew of info they gave Friday and the releasing of tons of good songs has made it easier on me. But until then I will try to get used to Fallout 3's game play again so that I don't look like a moron in my videos.

This is like the one millionth "What are you going to do to pass the time" thread... :celebration:

But its also a count down!! To keep it alive be sure to post how many days are left for North American and Europe if somebody hasn't already when the next day comes!

Going to be grinding for items in TF2, and studying mythology.

I know right..... but whatever. I hate being a Curate man I need to be a disciple so the more posts I can do the better xD

You that's a great idea lets create more threads and more discussions! I want to get passed disciple I've been on these forums for almost 3 years and I haven't gotten past Disciple!


Also this doesn't have to be a what are going to do while you wait for new Vegas we could discuss other things.. Anybody ever seen the classic movie Johnny Cool? I don't what it is about fallout 3 or fallout but ever since I've gotten into the game series and the music I started liking and watching black and white films. What about you guys? Have you guys started to get into 50's themed stuff and start liking 50's music and 50-60's black and white movies after playing fallout 3?

In seriousness however I will be doing lots of job hunting, playing halo reach, and resident evil five. (As well as watching all the Resident Evil movies )

This will be the longest 17 days of my life.

Yeah.. the collectors eidtion is a bit hefty. What I did was order a few months ago when the pre-orders were just first coming out. I pre-ordered it at game stop for 5 bucks then each pay check I put 10-20 dollars towards it. I think I still owe about 10-15ish but I'm going to get that paid off next pay check and then well be ready to pick it up on the 19th!

I'll be playing FO3 mostly, I have tons of games for my PS3 and I like to switch it up as I'm not the type that binges on one game I like to switch it up and play other kinds of games, but I have to admit my favorite games are ZeniMax games I still LOVE Oblivion too I'll probably play that too while I wait for NV to hit. Can't wait!!!

im gonna be playing splinter cell pandora tommorow.. its sorta similar to FNV when you think about it.

These next two weeks will be hell to wait, but you know what? I've been counting down since Day 100, so if I look at it that way, 17 days is nothing

Going to do the same. I got already enough spoilers so i only check what weapons there will be in FNV and that is all. I also live in europe.. Darn it!

If I have managed to wait patiently ever since it was revealed that New Vegas was coming I'm sure I'll manage to wait a little more. But it sure is getting harder every single day to not be extremely giddy that this coming and wishing I had some 'speed-up-the-time' button. Even made a countdown just so I'm not calculating how much longer it takes. I just hope that my pre-order comes in on the right day and not a few days later. That would make me one sad little fan-girl.
I'm pretty sure that once it comes out I'll be playing it every second I can, though school will probably not be very happy with me sleeping there because I gamed too much. Oh well, it's Fallout, it's worth the lack of sleep I will probably be getting.

i love all the songs from Fo3 so yeah, i like 50-60 stuff but ive never watched an older movie like that

20 days for me since i`m in the UK... While i wait for it i will probs be playing CoD4 and maybe Fallout 1,2 or 3. I can foresee me being full of energy drink and going days without sleep playing F:NV when i get it. I just hope my PS3 can handle that amount time without a rest lol
