Couple issues with game - not game breaking.

Guilds- these are way to easy to join and they take everyone.

Thieves guild- ok let me get this straight I fail your little test, horribly I may add. And you still think I would make a good thief and all I have to do is make it to your hideout. Also are you all that desperate for members that you think a 300 pound orc in full plate mail would make a good thief?

Companions - so to join I just have to spare with one of your members? Ok that sounds like a reasonable test. Wait I don't actually even have to beat you, you can beat my ass down and all I have to do is hit you once and I'm in. You guys are suppose to be the elite fighters and you let in a Mage that hit you once with a dagger.....Edit: I forgot about the quest so this group you actually have to prove yourself, wish they would of done something like this for other 2 groups.

Mage guild - to get in I have to cast 1 spell, really? Mind you I may need to buy robes from you seeing my magic at level 20 is still 100 but you don't mind. Wait I don't have that spell let me go find it in a dungeon, oh you will sell it to me ok never mind.

Point I'm making is they are so simple to get in even if you have zero skill in the fields your welcomed. Should of made it more of a challenge to get in these elite groups.

Spells way to easy to get - every spell but the last one you can just buy from the college. I think all spells you should either have to train with a master to learn or find. Like when you kill a Mage you can take his spell book and learn his spells, or if you find scroll you can learn from there, or find books etc.

Again I still love the game but think they should of spent more time on the guilds and made them more of a challenge to get in. I should not be able to get into thieves guild at level 2, all thieving skills low and failing his test big time.

Companions: no you don't join that easily. You have things to do before becoming a true Companion.

Yea you have to take his sword and get it sharpened also.....oh no what a challenge. Soon as you do that you go downstairs and they show you to your room and your in, then they start giving you quests to join the circle.

Before becoming a true companion, you must do the quest with Farkas. That's the real test.

How is this even close to trolling? This is called constructive criticism. The developers already posted in a interview that they read forum regualry for things they can work on in future titles. Just saying wow this game is perfect is pretty counter productive, I even said it was not game breaking. Your right though I forgot about the quest, as for Mage and thief though I'm correct.

Well, the game does not force you to join these Factions, but it gives you an option to do so.
If you think your two-handed heavy armored ork should not be in the mages guild, then simply don't join it.

Point is they should be harder to get into. I mean if it's this easy why isn't everyone in riften in it. Your not gonna tell me everyone in that town is good, I've seen the thiefs. I'm also not bashing the game I love this game but I think they could of put more effort into the guilds.
