So I've had issues w/two quests so far that I can't complete.

Oh My Papa - I did everything, even the optional portion of the quest, except for Convince Regis. I found the note needed in order to inform regis, but it won't bring it up in conversation to convince and there is also no waypoint for the quest when it is the active quest. Reloading doesn't work, must need to steal the note and inform Regis first before anything else. I'm not sure.

Birds of a feather - I'm not sure if I chose the wrong options when talking to the brother. I told him I would look into finding her, even though I knew where she was already. I did the optional at Caravan Supplies and also attempted it without. I can't get Cassidy to follow me. I have tried both options, she says she is willing to talk w/them, but never does anything else. When I ask to follow me, she says she's waiting for her papers and can't go anywhere. I had two companions at the time, so maybe that locked it up, I have released them both, but still can't get her to join me.
