Couple questions about dual wielding

Post » Tue Jun 05, 2012 3:35 am

Which hand should i put the faster weapon in?

Does dual savagery and savage strike stack?

Also if you tell me anything else I should know about dual wielding before I make a character for it would be appreciated.

thanks

I don't think it really matters which hand it goes in. I don't really see the point of dual wielding since you can't attack with both, and the attack speed doesn't seem different to me.

You can attack with both when doing a power attack. And you can deal more damage in lesser time than with only one weapon.

I dont know

Probably

dual wielding power attack utterly destroys everything (especially with enchantments) . I can kill ancient dragons in seconds if i can get close enough. I killed beat A boss on the TOTW before i was even told to use dragonrend.

Seriously- it's lethal. I can Take down boss enemies (Leaders, dragons, giants, Centurions etc) in seconds

Well with Dual Flurry weapon swings are certainly faster. They do stack, but only if you do standing power attacks

You attack with both hands by pressing both buttons at the same time. Go to third person and you can see it better.

Having a dagger in your left hand makes you attack a lot faster. I think the left hand is for speed and the right hand is for stamina use.

Put a dagger in your left hand and a mace in the right and do a power attack. You do it at super speed, I am not sure if this is a bug or intentional though. Now put the mace in your left and the dagger in your right, it's back to a slower attack.

You can do a regular double attack too.

I think if you have a dagger equipped you also get the backstab bonus even if you have a mace/axe/sword with it. I remember testing it and I am pretty sure it said sneak 15x bonus.

if you click both RT and LT, not hold down, the character attacks with both. or you can do the power attack and you attack with both.
