The only way I've found to get around this, is to load a previous save. Unfortunately, even if I do this, it will happen again eventually...and I won't realize it until way later. I dont use that many mods AT ALL. None of which seemed to have caused me problems in the past. This seems to be a fairly recent issue. If anyone has any information on how to fix this, or knows of methods to force my character to yell when using the melee attacks associated with it, that'd be awesome.

Please tell me I'm not the only person to have experienced this issue xD

The Courier lost his voice from yelling too much. Give him some time for his throat to heal up and it'll be back to normal.

Haha. Well, I kinda want a serious answer. I really don't want this turning into a severe filesave problem...
