It looks like the gun is the Anti-Material Rifle.

Advanced Combat Armor Mk.II has the same DT, more HP, and is easier to repair.

It does look freaking sweet though, so I wear it anyway. At least until I get some PA.

Damn, just looked it up on The Vault and it looks like its only available after the main storyline is complete? Poo.

Around the final mission they should start appearing.

What? Junk? It has a pretty good DT on seconded by Power Armor, and looks awesome.

i was finding those guys about halfway through render unto caesar. so you can get it before the last mission. so u can find them early in act 2 of the MQ
