I have become stuck. My game loads after an auto save as I walked into a casino, but the guy speaks to me right away to take my weapons, however no matter what answer I give him once we are finished talking the game crashes.

Is there anyway way of editing your position in the save game so I am not stuck?

My only other save was one I did myself right at the start of the game.
