whenever i die, or reload a saved game for whatever reason, the little roulette wheel spins for a bit, then stops. then nothing - the xbox is totally crashed, doesn't respond to controller input at all. after i power off the xbox and turn it back on, i can load any of my saves just fine. is there a patch that addresses this issue, or am i the only one who has encountered it?
