Vista runs 32 bit game code not quite as well as XP for older titles. I'm not a betting man, but I would venture to say that efforts at resolving 2010 issues on a forum for a game that has come and gone quite some time ago are realistically slim. The developers have likely moved on long ago. Possibly getting in touch (chat or email) to Bethesda may yield some help or possibly their tech support folks have a knowledgebase of the fubar issues and work-arounds. Another possibility is to try running through the rooms of this dilapidated (yet strangely homey) mansion of a forum and greet members that are still active. They may have some input. Possibly a letter of introduction avoiding common youthful zeal as: "yo d3wd ima soo messd -hep 2 fix me g4me, yes? a/s/l bbq4u".
