I have a Lenovo Y560p Laptop, with an Intel dual-core i7 processor, ATI Radeon HD 6570M graphics, 4GD DDR3 RAM, and a 500gb Hard drive. The game crashes every time I go into the saloon. Additionally it crashes every time I move the graphical settings off of the default (Ultra-High). I have Oblivion running on the same computer, so it can't be Bethesda. Please help!

This usually helps peeple with new game crashes that happen during the load. There is an issue with ideapad one key theater application and fallout new vegas.
If you have it installed try uninstalling it.
