NV crashes randomly

Hey, so recently NV has been crashing randomly, I can play for 5 minutes, 10 minutes sometimes more, and then it just crashes, my monitor goes black and the power light on it flashes as if it's in sleep mode or something, however my computer is still on but unresponsive. I'd like to add i've already had a full playthrough before this, at which point i had no problems what so ever. My DxDiag is as follows:

Can't help with tech solutions, but if you have tons of them, did you try deleting all/most of your previous save games including auto/quick? I find the game has a tendency to become more unstable as you make more and more saves or rewrite over saves a lot (like quicksave)...then again, sometimes it seems to become more unstable just with hours played. The first playthru I had rapidly increasing number of CTD after about half-way point, but all my other chrs. have had only the occasional random CTD (even before the patches). It's very strange.
