Is it possible that the next patch (or any patch..) could fix the issue with crashes? im not talking about the Vegas Strip crash, i have not had that (i can access the strip and have saved tons of times inside the Lucky 38) which is the most common crash reported on the forums.

For me i cant access the western part of the world map, seem's to be an invisible barrier in which the game crashes, i even had to create my character several times as Goodsprings area crashes like mad aside from being locked out of a huge portion of the world map ive had a few crashes here and there.

Having to hard reset my xbox is going to eventually cause a RRoD.

yeah thats another reason i quit playing..i just got a new 360 and ill be damned if this games gonna ruin it..

I was actually considering buying a new xbox as i believed maybe that was the issue, F:NV is the only game i have that get's dirty disc error's (both installed and off disc!) even my scratched to hell oblivion disc works perfectly fine! my xbox is what, 2 years old or so, this is the only game that give's me a dirty disc error or a screen freeze/ crash.

Im on my 2nd disc, the same issues happened on my first (ive also tried playing a few hours on 2 of my friend's disc's so technically ive tried 4 disc's).
