Crashing almost immediately after hitting play in launcher

So when I first got Skyrim I installed a bunch of mods to make it run better, look better etc. One of which included the 4GB memory mod.
Everything worked great until they released a patch (I can't remember which one) that made it possible to use 4GB of memory without a mod
and since then I've been having problems.

The game crashes almost immediately after I hit play on the launcher.

I have tried just about every common fix:
Completely reinstalled the game about 3 times now
Completely reinstalled my graphics driver and directx
Changed sound quality to 44100 16bit
Turned off v-sync, anti aliasing, filtering
Turned off my antivirus
tried windowed mode and all the different levels of graphic quality

I've had this problem for awhile now and I recently got the urge to reinvestigate, please help me if you
can : (

Have you tried deleting the Skyrim ini & Skyrimprefs ini?

If i ever crash via the launcher it's usually the first thing i do.

according to your DX diag. you have almost 0 space left on you OS drive ~700 megs. If the os is using pagefile its likely you have none. Whether or not this is a contributor to your issue, its not a good idea to have so little freespace.

My recommendation is to run a disk cleanup (to get rid of temporary items) and a defrag since the drive is so full.
