» Wed Mar 30, 2011 7:21 am I've been playing fine, all the way through, with nary a crash; it's actually been a rather enjoyable experience... until I got to the B29 quest. I installed the bladders on the plane, swam back to the surface, and was swimming back to the shore, when the game crashed. So I went back again, installed the bladders, then climbed up on the nearby sunken ship and saved there. All is good. However, if I attempt to return to any location near Callville Bay (including the recreation area or Coyote Trail Ridge), the game crashes again. Also, if I try to walk there from Bitter Springs, it crashes. I can go anywhere else in the game, and indeed have completed another quest, but this one location seems to be out of reach.
I have Veronica accompanying me, no other companions.
Has anyone else seen this?? Is there some way to recover from it?
