Crashing a lot, can't figure out problem.

Hello, just recently purchased Fallout: New Vegas from Walmart and can't really play game much due to constant crashing. Mainly happens when I reach Primm and try to use the elevator in the motel(already forgot the motel's name, but it's where you can rescue a npc). Haven't used any cheat codes, and not using any addons either. Below's my dxdiag info, if needing anything else, let me know.

You should ignore the (apparent) sorehead's unhelpful remarks. Your problem is exactly the same as that of two to three thousand other folks who have written messages here about problems with their Geforces (mostly) not running this game correctly in Windows 7 64 bit (primarily). This forum is for gamers to ask other gamers for assistance / suggestions. There are workarounds, easily found, many times repeated. Official support is provided on the support site, not here. Patch releases are only announced after they have been completed, so if the work-arounds don't help, you have nothing more that this forum can do for you, sorry.
