And yet a 3rd bugged quest in this game. Im supposed to meet Neil and talk to him about stopping Tabbatha and when i get there and talk to him I am able to say "Let's do it" or "Not yet. Wait here" but when I choose Lets do this in order to continue with the quest he says "Whatever you need to do be quick about it" and the same thing happens when i choose Not yet. Wait here. And now i am stuck here and cant continue the quest.
I better not find a 4th bugged quest in this game.

What'll you do if you do find a 4th bugged quest? Just curious.

Nothing im just saying I don't want to find another glitched quest in this game because I love New Vegas but its starting to get pretty annoying.

I had this problem too. Neil didn't help me at all. I went ahead and charged in. After stopping Tabitha, I went back to Neil and that completed the quest.

How did you complete it? Because the door I have to go through says i need a key but i gave no idea where the key is.

you check behind the stairs for said key?
