how fun would this be. . .you talk to crazy joe and he says some stuff about the authority and some bandits and he tell you about other stuff like UFO's, monster. and what not.. . so hey ask you to check them out first one nothing,second one nothing, the thrid sends you on a mind trip of twist and turn on this conspiracy with bandits, mutants, and the authority.

walk into a room full of computer and stuff with a big monitor watching crazy joe through a chip in his head where up press a big red button that it makes his hear stuff and you can hear him over the inner-com yelling at the satellites.
