Hey i just have seen a report that there are supposed to be Crazy Joes missions...
But strangely i dont get any 3rd playthrough...

thing is i′ve never seen a single mutant in that area... just wanted to ask if its only me that has an empty swamp

Crazy Joe never gives you any missions, he just talks to you a little bit.

Personally I would've liked to see him some more in the game, he seemed like a fun guy to be around.

He just offers dialog about some plants that you could pick within the swamps and then gives you "permission" to go in. Outside of that he's just there for show.

He says his lines and that's it. Like all the NPCs, except vendors, in the game he is a one hit wonder. They won't even talk to you ever again.

All the effort went into graphics, almost none went into the game.
