This is a topic where you can throw your ideas around for new perks

They can be something you want to appear in a future expansion-pack or just something you thought would be cool.

Here's mine

Name: Headhunter
Tree: Archery
Details: Arrowshots to an enemy head have a 50% chance of causing critical damage.

Arcane Knowledge - All spells last 25/50/75/100% longer (Alteration tree 75+)

Defenders Guile - Allows counter attacks that do 2/4/6x damage* and have a 15/30/45% chance to stun* ( Block Tree 75+ ) { Timed auto-attack animation }

*non-stacking/dual wielding only

Rangers Repose - Arrows travel twice as fast (Archery Tree 40+)

Archers Might - Arrows have a 15/30/45% chance to stun (see above) {Archery Tree 50+}

Very overpowerd...But as you said Homever you need to stack.Like the perk i suggested the Dremora mage have feel health unfortunaly.Going edit...

Boost Intelligence:Makes followers,summoned creatures and re-animated corpse minions smarter and capable of making better decisions.....and actually finding paths

Dovakin:split tree, one for fire resist one for frost resist, description:Your dragon blood grants you increased resistance to fire or frost.

Wortcrafter:Makes ingesting ingrediants and food items more powerful.

Giant strength:Power attacks with two handed weapons have an area of effect(like the giant's smash)

Duelist:Power attacks with one handed weapons have a chance to disarm(Except when dual wielding)

.....and I'm out of ideas....for now.

Description: An activatable skill that launches an arrow of a certain elemental damage, whether it be an arrow that explodes like a fireball on impact, or one that shatters and makes a patch of damaging cold around the target, freezing it and slowing the others around him down ect....
Edit: Obviously a high level skill, 90-100 archery?

(50 restoration) your healing spells have a 10% chance to cure any diseases once a day, with the exception of sanguine vampires[sic] and you can cure/heal any NPCs that are acting wounded in chapels or military camps in exchange for a small monetary reward (100 restoration) You healing spells have a 5% percent chance of curing sanguine vampires[sic]once every five days, and you can cure the NPCs during random encounters who have been attacked by vampires and need curing for a small monetary reward.

If what I've read is correct this would do almost nothing, enemies have practically no armor, they're just big sacks of HP.
