Hello everyone, kind of new to modding but had very little experience with G.E.C.K. and Construction Set but have a few questions with the kit I been trying to acquire and need help with.

I've been messing with the kit looking to add alchemy effects (ex. Foritfy Destruction) on armor but none is displayed on the enchanting tab. Is there anyway to get that effect from potions to armor?

Also been looking to add new effects to perks something like add a wider block radius on shield wall and cloak/chameleon sneak effect if it is possible.
