Creation Kit Crashes when trying to save new pluggin

Recently I have been having an issue where my Creation Kit script errors to compile. Even known good script (copy and pasted from the wiki) fails to compile. Also, when I try to save a simple pluggin file (My copyrighted music that I am adding to my game) I get the dreaded "Program is not responding, Windows is checking for a solution" error. IT happens instantly the second I try and save. I have already made a few successful plug ins with no issue. I am not sure what changed on my system to start this problem. I haven't added any new software but maybe there's a patch that came down that caused this. Is any one else having this problem?

Spec's
ATI Saphire HD 6850 Crossfire (Not Crossfired becuase Gigabyte svcks dike and won't put eough space on their PCIe slots to set crossfire up) , AMD Phenom x6 1090T, Gigabyte 880GMA-UD2H Crossfire Board. Windows 7 64 bit. 8GB of Corsair DDR3 (Vengance) RAM.

I am haveing absolutely no issues with game play it's self or issues with anything else. Just the Creation Kit. This all started on Febuary 28th. Before that I had no issues. The only update I received was KB2310138 (Definitions) and I can't uninstall it becuase it doesn't show up under the microsoft updates in the add/remove features porton of the control panel. Is anyone else having this problem or is there an update to the CM I need to manualy force in-order to get it to stop crashing?
