Edit:SOLVED - Soo, wow do I feel smart. Skyrim itself was out of date. I had auto updates turned off on Skyrim but not on the CK so yeah.. Smooooth.

Title say it all, when I boot up the Creation Kit it stalls for a few seconds then Not Responding. This is happening as soon as I boot it up, before loading an esm/esp, and it happens within seconds. I've tried waiting for a while (good 5 minutes), and I've tried reinstalling the CK. Rebooted the PC as well. It has been a month or so since I last used it, and it was working fine then. I also used the CS for Obliv and Morro, so I'm used to there little ways, but this I've never run into before. Both Skyrim and the CK are standard Steam installations.

At this point all I can really think to do would be reinstalling Skyrim itself, and with quite a few mods I'd rather not go that route. Anyone have any ideas whats going on or how I might fix it?
